This Business Partner and Supplier Code of Conduct (the “Supplier Code of Conduct”) defines the fundamental principles, expectations, and ethical standards that all suppliers and business partners must adhere to when working with Norfieldservice.

We actively work to prevent and mitigate any adverse human rights impacts within our own business, our projects, and throughout our supply chain. Norfieldservice operates in compliance with the Norwegian Transparency Act, which mandates enterprises to ensure transparency and accountability in their approach to fundamental human rights and fair working conditions. In line with this, we conduct due diligence assessments in accordance with the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. As part of our commitment, we will annually publish a report detailing our due diligence efforts and assessments. This report will be made publicly available in Norwegian, reinforcing our dedication to openness, integrity, and responsible business conduct.
